How we build
We don’t hand the hard parts to someone else. When a product misbehaves, the person who designed the circuit board is the same person who reads the server log.
Carrier boards for ESP32 microcontrollers, GPS and cellular modules, designed in-house and built in batches.

Our products are built by someone who has spent a career on the other side of the table, checking that systems do what their documentation says.
That means traceable requirements, controlled changes and records you can inspect. If you buy for a care agency or a council and need a supplier you can audit, we’ll welcome the questions.
About
Oarsman Software Ltd is run by Simon Hazzard from rural Lincolnshire. After a long career in embedded engineering, functional safety and quality management, he now builds his own products full-time.
The name is a family one. It joins Aaron, Simon’s son, with Sam, the name Simon goes by.
Aaron + Sam → OarsmanStaying small means the person you email is the person who can fix it.
